Three winter packages for drinks, a buffet or a barbecue
Whether you want to raise a glass to the year, share a generous meal or turn it into a proper grill night, the ARNO Winter Garden offers three extensive packages. Every evening starts with a mulled wine and sets the tone with warm, wintry dishes that fit the chalet atmosphere perfectly.
All three packages last 2.5 hours and are available for groups of 30 to 50 people. Prices include VAT.
Après-Ski Winter Drinks
Looking for an informal Christmas drink or New Year’s reception? The après-ski winter drinks offer a relaxed evening of hearty winter bites. It’s ideal for ending the year with your colleagues or kicking off the new one in style.
The menu includes pretzels with herb cheese, mountain cheese croquettes with mustard dip, mini sausages with sauerkraut, tartiflette and onion soup with cheese croutons. We finish with mini apple strudel with vanilla cream.
A mulled wine as a welcome drink is included. Other drinks are charged separately or can be added through a tailor-made drinks package.

Savoyard Buffet
Prefer a longer, more generous meal with a selection of hearty winter dishes? The Savoyard buffet brings the flavours of the French Alps to your year-end event. Raclette is the centrepiece of the buffet, complemented by classic winter dishes and fresh side dishes.
Enjoy French onion soup, raclette with baby potatoes, fine charcuterie with gherkins, tartiflette with bacon and Reblochon, and Savoyard diots in white wine sauce, among other dishes. Roasted winter vegetables and fresh salads add variety. To finish, there’s a warm apple strudel and small glasses of chocolate mousse.
This package includes a mulled wine as a welcome drink and a wine and drinks package for 2.5 hours.

Winter Barbecue
A barbecue is delicious in winter too. With the winter barbecue at the ARNO Winter Garden, you and your colleagues enjoy a cosy grill night with meat, fish and a vegetarian alternative. The combination of warm dishes and wintry side dishes makes it an original choice for a year-end event.
The menu includes grilled beef flank steak with shallot jus, chicken skewers with a mustard and herb marinade, and salmon in a parcel with leek, lemon and fresh herbs. Vegetarians are catered for too, with celeriac, mushrooms and lentils. Potato gratin, baked baby potatoes and winter salads round off the meal.
For dessert, there’s warm apple crumble with vanilla ice cream and chocolate mousse.

ARNO Winter Garden: chalet atmosphere for your year-end event
During the year-end period, the terrace at ARNO gets a cosy winter look. Christmas trees, atmospheric lighting and warm decorations create a chalet feel where colleagues can step away from their everyday work environment.
The winter terrace is a lovely complement to ARNO, SCALA’s intimate and multifunctional space. That way, you combine a cosy setting indoors with a wintry experience outdoors.
The terrace can make different moments of your evening extra special:
- Upon arrival: welcome your colleagues with a mulled wine before they head inside.
- During the evening: give guests the chance to step outside for some fresh air and a chat.
- After the meal: let colleagues linger over a warm drink.
This gives your winter drinks or year-end dinner a character of its own, with room for both convivial get-togethers and informal conversations.
Prefer to stay indoors? With a capacity of up to 50 people, ARNO also offers options for a dinner with colleagues. Depending on the package and layout you choose, the space can be set up for a reception, a buffet or a seated dinner. Do also consider our exclusive year-end package from €79 per person, for groups of 15 or more.

Convenient for colleagues travelling from outside Ghent
SCALA Meeting & Event Center is located at Akkerhage, on the edge of Ghent and at the junction of the E40 and E17 motorways. The site has 200 parking spaces and 50 charging points.
Are colleagues or business partners travelling from further away? They can stay overnight: our three hotels, with a total of 405 rooms, are on the same site.
