Festive package from €79 per person, for groups of 15 or more.
The package includes a welcome drink, festive three-course menu, wine, water and soft drinks for three hours, followed by coffee and tea.

SCALA has ten multifunctional spaces for a wide range of group sizes. Depending on the space and layout selected, we can host events for up to 350 guests.
Can different spaces be combined at SCALA?
Yes. Different spaces can be used separately or combined, allowing plenary sessions, break-outs, catering and networking to take place as part of one programme.
What technical facilities are available?
The spaces are equipped with modern audiovisual facilities for presentations, meetings and events. Our team will discuss your programme with you in advance to determine the technical setup that best suits your needs.
What catering options does SCALA offer?
SCALA offers tailored catering options, from meeting packages and receptions to walking dinners, buffets and served dinners. Brasserie STROOM is also located on the same site.
Can participants stay overnight at SCALA?

Yes. The site offers 200 regular parking spaces, complemented by 50 parking spaces with EV charging points.

Yes. SCALA Meeting & Event Center has ten flexible event spaces that can be used separately or combined for meetings, seminars, congresses and conferences for up to 350 guests. Catering, audiovisual facilities, parking and accommodation can all be arranged on the same site.

Yes. With three hotels offering a total of 405 rooms on site, SCALA is well suited to residential seminars, multi-day meetings and corporate events. Meeting spaces, catering and overnight accommodation can all be combined on one site, without transfers between the meeting venue and hotel.
Is SCALA suitable for international meetings and events?
Yes. SCALA is located on the outskirts of Ghent, close to the E17 and E40 and the main access roads around the city, and offers event spaces, hotels, restaurants and parking on one site. Our team will also be happy to assist with the practical organisation of a programme in Ghent.
