Are you a natural salesperson who gets energy from winning new clients, identifying commercial opportunities and building strong relationships? SCALA Meeting & Event Center and Courtyard by Marriott Ghent are looking for a Sales Executive to help drive their continued growth.
What will you do?
In this role, you will actively seek out new clients and opportunities, from local businesses to international organisations and agencies. You will build your own sales portfolio, proactively follow up on leads and manage the full sales process: from first contact through to a signed contract.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a true sales-first mindset: proactive, entrepreneurial and results-driven. You spot commercial opportunities, take initiative and get energy from prospecting and winning new business.
You preferably have several years of sales experience, speak fluent Dutch and good English, and feel at home in a dynamic hospitality and events environment.
