Some teams simply want to enjoy a relaxed dinner together. Other companies prefer to combine their dinner with a review of the year, a reception or a festive finale. At SCALA Meeting & Event Center, both are possible.
Our flexible event spaces can be used separately or combined. This allows each part of your programme to have a suitable setting, from the first aperitif to the final conversation at the table. The SCALA Team will help you choose the space, layout and flow of the evening.
Celebrate the End of the Year Together at ARNO
For groups of up to 50 people, you can book ARNO exclusively: an inviting private space with a festively decorated winter terrace. Welcome your colleagues with an aperitif, sit down together for a Christmas dinner and enjoy an evening dedicated entirely to your team.
A Festive Three-Course Dinner, Without the Complicated Planning
For groups of 15 people or more, SCALA Meeting & Event Center offers a year-end package starting at €79 per person. It includes:
- A glass of Champagne upon arrival
- A festive three-course menu
- Wine, water and soft drinks for three hours
- Coffee and tea

Would you like to organise more than just a year-end dinner for your company? SCALA offers the space to combine different elements of your year-end celebration.

Would you like to combine your dinner with an outing? Ghent offers a charming winter setting for a walk or a group activity. In December, depending on the current programme, you can also consider visiting the Ghent Winter Festivities.
Discover the Christmas Market
During the Christmas season, you can stroll through the historic city centre and explore the various Christmas market stalls. Combine your visit with a hot drink, a bite to eat or a walk along the beautifully illuminated streets.
Go Ice Skating
If you prefer a more active winter activity, you can go ice skating in the centre of Ghent. This can be a fun addition to a day out in Ghent, or to an informal outing with your colleagues.
Discover Ghent in Its Christmas Atmosphere
Even without a fixed programme, Ghent is well worth exploring during the Christmas season. The historic city centre, festive lighting and decorated streets can turn an ordinary walk into a charming winter experience.
One possible itinerary is to start with a team activity or outing in the city and end the day with a festive dinner at SCALA Meeting & Event Center. In November, a presentation, workshop or reception at SCALA itself can be the perfect start to the evening. This turns an ordinary working day into a shared year-end celebration.
Convenient for colleagues travelling from outside Ghent
SCALA Meeting & Event Center is located on Akkerhage, on the outskirts of Ghent, at the junction of the E40 and E17 motorways. The site offers 200 parking spaces and 51 electric vehicle charging points. Are colleagues or business relations travelling from further away? Guests can also stay overnight, as the site is home to three hotels with a total of 405 rooms.
This makes SCALA Meeting & Event Center a suitable option for both an evening celebration and a more extensive corporate event that includes a meeting, dinner and overnight stay.
